It turned out to be much more work than the estimator said because of the small space for the furnace and the fact that I didn't have a return air vent in the basement. They had to move out the water heater to put the furnace in. In addition to that they put PVC pipe from the furnace through the garage out through the foundation to the outside for my return air. It was a very good experience and I plan on using them in the future!!!"

"We had used Golden Rule for several years. Have the yearly maintenance contract, where they come out in the spring to check the air conditioner and in the fall to check the furnace. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed in our last home and everything was great and this is why we always use them. The air conditioner was going to cost around a $1000. to fix, so we told the service man that we need to look at a new one. I asked about a hot water heater, because ours was 17 years old. They came out the next day and installed everything. They are very professional, The service men always respect your property and clean up everything at the end. They remove all the old parts and leave you was a cool house and a smile on your face.
