From picking out our tub/shower to installation, our expectations were exceeded. We did have a minor hiccup at the beginning of the process, but the team helped us out. The price defiantly meets the quality of the product. When we remodel our guest baths next year, we will use Five Star Bath Solutions again."

"The tile work was done very well. We are pleased with the quality of the work. There were a few things that led to the "4" rating: 1. The work hours were odd; typically from 11 AM to 6 PM. This was not always convenient for us but we were never asked about that. 2. The crew often used our broom and vac to clean up. We would expect that these basic tools would be part of the crew's. 3. A pipe that led to our Jacuzzi tub was disconnected leading to a big puddle in our basement. 4. Our shower control came apart after we used it two times; the crew had re-installed it and we had to repair it. Perhaps the crew should have called in a plumber."

The technicians, Ken and Dylan, arrived well-prepared from the start. There was another worker who joined the team, but I didn’t catch his name. These men were professionals, and their work was of the highest quality. They even laid down protective coverings on the carpet before they began working. They informed me about the entire project step by step and ensured that the area was cleaned up before leaving. I will definitely be using this company again in the near future. "Both orders went well and in a very timely and efficient fashion. Daily house disruption was minimal. Rick and Nate, the guys with their minds in the gutter - pun intended! - called ahead of their arrival and accomplished the second story gutter install very quickly band cleanly. Sealed the bracket system up very well too. Dave Ford and Zeke went at the demo and install of the shower unit said they were working on their own home, very carefully and with precision. There was residual damage as a result of the demo of the old tub/shower, not an easy thing to do in a 122 year-old home. The shower, with a four-inch high threshold, works well and the water stays inside the shower as Dave assured me it would. More importantly, my 96 year-old mother-in-law is now more safe in her bathroom. Dave consulted with us thoroughly and designed all hand bar and shower head placements with her safety in mind. I vote all four of these technicians get a raise! Atlas has been a great company with with to contract."
