"The tile work was done very well. We are pleased with the quality of the work. There were a few things that led to the "4" rating: 1. The work hours were odd; typically from 11 AM to 6 PM. This was not always convenient for us but we were never asked about that. 2. The crew often used our broom and vac to clean up. We would expect that these basic tools would be part of the crew's. 3. A pipe that led to our Jacuzzi tub was disconnected leading to a big puddle in our basement. 4. Our shower control came apart after we used it two times; the crew had re-installed it and we had to repair it. Perhaps the crew should have called in a plumber."

"We had a bathtub/shower combo removed and a new stone shower with plumbing, glass door, and shelving installed. Overall the process was very smooth. Everything was on time from the consultation meeting in home to the install. Consultation with multiple options to go over for the shower walls, doors, fixtures. Does take about 1-2 months to get materials since it is all custom which was not a problem for us. Able to complete the job in 2 days. Great finished product. Did end up having to cut the back middle piece in half due to our stairs curves but went over all the options with us before. Shower has been up for almost a week and we love it! Overall would hire again."
