"Main Street Oriental Rugs did a great job cleaning our Persian rug. We accidentally dropped a wine glass and splashed red wine all along a white border. Main Street came to the rescue. They picked up the rug the same day that I called, moved a heavy coffee table to get to it, and returned it, clean, as promised 10 days later. They did a deep cleaning and I can honestly say the colors are more vibrant now than when we sent it out. The red spots have vanished and we are very pleased with the outcome. "I highly recommend Water Damage DMV. We had two rooms in the basement damaged from heavy rainfall. We called 2 other "5 star" companies and this one was the only one to respond within 48 hours (not good when water is draining into your basement with mold growth). Very reasonable cost which was commented on by our insurance company (unfortunately we do not have coverage for flooding but good to know about the cost) unlike a few other companies they were dealing with. This company was extremely professional, provided excellent follow up services, flexible, responsive to our concerns, and rechecked for mold growth. They even came back a second time with the air blowers to re-dry one of the rooms after a second heavy rainfall. We were able to save the carpeting and padding in one of the rooms due to their immediate response thank goodness. No additional add on costs after the initial estimate and we were able to contract out drywall and paint repair with them at a very reasonable cost. I would give them 6 stars if I could."

"The sales rep was knowledgeable and very patient with us as we tried to decide the best flooring for our new kitchen. Their selection is really vast (think over a thousand options (materials , colors , styles). We borrowed many samples to take home and see it under our own lighting. the rep came to our home to inspect the existing flooring and measure for replacement. They worked with us and did the installation on our time schedule. Their installer completed the work in one day and the workmanship was excellent. <br /> <br /> Of note, six of the tiles had developed small chips within 3 weeks of installation. Our sales rep. quickly came back to the house , took photographs and met with the Armstrong flooring representative. Armstrong felt that this was a very isolated production glitch in a few of the tiles in the lot. They <strong>gave us the option</strong> of replacing the 6 defective tiles from a matching dye lot or removing the whole floor and installing a complete new floor. They made it clear that if we chose to replace just the problem tiles and if in the future other tiles started to chip, then they would come back and replace the complete floor with tiles from a new dye lot at no cost. We chose to replace just individual problem tiles. They quickly ordered and replaced the problem tiles, with tiles from the same dye lot, so color/ pattern match was exact. Workmanship on the tile replacement was flawless. Six weeks later and no flaws have developed in other tiles. We love the flooring and the attentive warranty service we received when we did have a problem."
