"Over the time there have been 3 different technicians that have come out and they have all be extremely nice, friendly and professional. They also seemed to know what they were doing and the last technician has been coming for a good 3 or 4 years. I think they are very responsive. I had carpenter ants and I had general insect and termite service. They also bait for mice in the garage. If it is not time for a visit, but if I notice a problem, I just call and a technician will come out within a few days usually."

"Overall it was a pretty good experience as everything I wanted done, got done. Original talks with the “chat” function led me to purchasing a bunch of recommended items for my install. Once my full day electrician Dan had arrived, about 90 min passed the blocked time due to an additional service call he was scheduled for which had some issues, he immediately identified what I was informed to purchase was incorrect and got me on track and where we needed to be. He also mentioned my planned job would normally be a day and a half or two day event. This job was installing a sub panel in my shed to include running 180+ feet of thick 6/3 UF wire from the house panel to the shed. Providing dedicated circuits for my pool pump, French drain sump pump, and power for inside the shed to use for my tools and a shop light as well. I did help for the entire day and he really appreciated my hard work which made this a one day Job. I Couldn’t be happier with the work Dan performed and the Knowledge he has. Would have appreciated a little more accurate initial chat support so I didn’t have to make so many Lowe's trips, specifically the wire, which the correct wire was 4x the cost of the “suggested” wire. Final thoughts. If someone books a Full Day Electrician appointment, that assigned electrician, should not be taking service calls as he has a full day appointment scheduled. That’s poor Business planning and makes the electrician look bad if he’s not at the “blocked” call time. Dan made the event flat out awesome. "We had Ferguson Home Improvements return to our home to paint our sons bedroom and install a ceiling fan.  The room was a 12 x 12 room and our son had been in there as a baby.  So you could imagine the holes from posters, pictures, and just wear and tear. I had already purchased the supplies with the intention of doing this job my self but just could not find the time so we asked them to give us and estimate.  Mr. Ferguson came in and told us sense we had all the materials he would do the room for $2 a square foot and hang our ceiling fan for $125.00.  So for $420.00 they went through made all the walls perfect fixed all the nail pops and holes from the posters and pictures and repainted all the walls.  I thought it was a great deal.  The room came out just awesome we will have them back to do more at our house.  Again thank you so much Ferguson Home Improvements.

"First, I would like to say that Wilson Delgado was a delight to deal with--good-natured, patient, positive, and accommodating. He obviously takes great pride and care in his work. In this case, he didn't know what he was getting into--this was his first experience repairing a futon frame (an old one at that). The job required disassembling the frame in order to transport the base to his shop. This was not an easy repair. The main supporting cross piece had cracked, and it required creative thinking to devise a solution for repairing and reinforcing the broken piece. He spent a lot of time on this job--including spending extra time to reinforce the other end, which he discovered was cracked as well. He also went to the trouble to try to locate a replacement washer. He and his assistant delivered the frame (for consultation, pick-up, and delivery, he accommodated our work schedules and came in the evening). It took all four of us to figure out how to reassemble the frame, a rather frustrating experience, but Wilson and his assistant both remained calm and we did it! 
I should add that this was an Angie's List Big Deal ($99 for $200 worth of furniture restoration, repair, or refinishing), which turned out to be well worth the price--certainly a better deal for us than it was for Wilson. But despite the fact that it took him more time than expected, he did not ask for more money, which was very generous. We paid an additional $60 for pick-up and delivery of the futon frame.
