They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Overall went very well.
They came out and inspected the roof and noted storm and hail damage. Due to the timing of the damage we had to work through the  current and previous insurance company to get the proper claim date back dated.
I had recently had a very bad experience with a B rated Angie's roofing company so I was a bit concerned with working with another roofing company. I met with the owner to go over the contract and he was very down to earth and trust worthy. They really worked hard to answer all my questions and concerns coming up with some ideas to address them. I felt 100% confident with their answers and they put me at ease. 
Materials used were very good quality. Removal and installation went without issues. After the roof install, upon my request they came back to  swap out a roof vent and do some cosmetic work with the flashing.
I am 100% satisfied with the work and the terms of the workmanship warranty."
