They gave me a start date and estimated completion date in which both were right on target. From their design ideas to their quality workmanship, I am totally satisfied. No subcontractors were needed at all, even doing their own tile work and suggesting a herringbone pattern which instantly created a sense of space and graceful movement to my small bathroom. "The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"They did a great job with replacing my tub with a stand up shower, and replacing my bathroom floor. Jim was on point with what was available and they could perform, Devin was on point with sales end, getting order and making arrangements for install. Problem was, beyond that there was no communication when needed, a few issues developed and I was unable to get needed answers. Fortunately, I was able to reach out to Devin and he was able to get answers, and get needed task completed. Outside communication block, I am very happy with work completed!!"

"Troy came out today give us a quote and did the inspection and offered his recommendations. We already wanted to remove the old blown in insulation and he agreed. We talked to other companies and they weren’t interested in doing it. Troy also recommend an attic fan. We agreed and so glad, it’s quite solar powered, and a s already making a difference. Then we asked if the could install a disappearing ladder in our garage. He checked and we set it up. The crew showed up on time and went straight to work. Very professional, explained everything as we went and completed in just a few hours. I was able to inspect and it was done very well. The crew to install they ladder cam a short while later, again very professional, did they a great job as well. We will definitely recommend and will use Pure Home again if we need work done. Very pleased start to finish!"

"I had a water leak in my front yard & after researching the highest rated Plumbers, I found Rooter Pro Plumbing of Georgia. They had great ratings on Trust Dale Caldwell, Angi's List, & Google. I scheduled a visit with them & Jerimey Jackson came by & did a leak detection. It was determined that I had multiple leads in my water line and he gave me all of my options & pricing. He is an expert on everything to do with plumbing & a great guy too. My water heater is 23 years old, so I decided to replace that as well. Jerimey led the work crew the next day in replacing my water line & water heater replacement. All the work was complete that day & the results are very good! I am very pleased with Rooter Pro Plumbing and the work they performed & the people I dealt with. Even the people in the office were great!
