"From start to finish First Fence was responsive & clear. They walked the property to discuss what we wanted. Made some suggestions for a better outcome, then sent an agreement with all of the details for us to sign. We paid a deposit in order to secure our time on their schedule, then paid the balance after the fence was installed. They also removed & discarded the old fence. All completed in one day. I really want to give 4.5 stars. A half star off for the length of time it took for them to come back and replace/adjust the gate, as the wood warped and it wouldn’t open. That took a month. All fixed now."

"It is hard to find a contractor now who is honest, charges a fair price and does quality work. Lucky for me, Elite Property Care was recommended to me. I had a garage and breezeway built and a cupola installed on the garage. I was so impressed, that I ended up having my bathroom remodeled, LVP flooring installed, an electric insert in my fireplace, recessed lighting under the outside overhang, and another outside water faucet added. They even installed a section of my privacy fence that could not be completed until the garage was finished. I plan to hire them again to replace my front walkway and steps. He then made some very complex cuts to reproduce the pattern design exactly as it had been before. All repairs and painting came in on budget.
