This year we noticed the window was smokey, called them up and sent a photo, window replaced no questions! They stand behind their lifetime warranty! After such great customer service, we just had all 19 windows replaced in our house. I would rate their customer service and installation team a 10! "Contacted Baker Roofing by phone to schedule a visit for an insurance paid re-roof. Salesman, David Frawley, responded promptly. He met with us, provided a detailed scope of work based on the insurance information that we had previously provided to him. We set up a tentative time frame for the start of the work. Due to weather, we had a few restarts but the Project Manager, Mark Chasse, was on top of it and kept us up-to-date and stayed in touch. He called to discuss where the shingles, the dumpster, and the work trailer could be staged during the time they would be at out house. Mark was on the job for most of the install.The installers worked hard and were focused. No nonsense or fooling around with this team. We had bushes and expenses trees, propane tanks and 3 large A/C units around the perimeter of the house. Baker made sure that nothing was damaged. They walked the perimeter with a giant magnet for nails, picked up trash and left at dusk. I requested they return the next day in the daylight to pick up some remaining trash and nails, which they willingly did. The gutter installer was scheduled by Baker and he returned on Monday to complete the job with the gutters. They did a beautiful job. We were very happy from the beginning contacts with David  all the way to the end with Mark Chasse. Great Company, stands by their work. Granted, this was an insurance job, but we interviewed several roofers. This company hand nails your roof. Even the employees tout how happy they are working at Baker.  We would wholeheartedly recommend Baker Roofing to others. It was important to us to have a local roofer in case of any issues or concerns and Baker came highly recommended. We are so very glad we chose them. Let me also say that everyone that I spoke with on the phone whose names I can't recall were all very nice. Customer Service was A+. Their motto "to always do good work, at a profit if we can, at a loss if we must, but always good work"is why they've been in business so long. Thank you, Baker Roofing. <br />"

"For background, the previous home owners used painter's caulk to fill cracks in the chimney crown about 2 years ago. The inspector came by and told me exactly what I needed and gave me a quote to fix it for $800, but then refused to schedule anything with me because it is a multi-day process and seemed like a job he was very unenthusiastic about. He wouldn't even refer me to someone else to do the job. That is why I am not entirely satisfied with the work. <br />"

"Max and his crew were there two days after the initial visit. The problems were handled in a very professional manner, with Max present the entire time, overseeing the repairs. We had a minor issue post repairs, and Max was again prompt in responding and addressing the issue. After our most recent rain, Max was in contact to be sure no leaks were noted. Time (and some more rain) will tell if the roof is back to "normal" but we were very impressed with Max and his work ethic. "Roof Genie inspected our roof and determined that we had significant hail damage. They contacted our insurance company, filed all the necessary paperwork, met with the adjustor and then completed the work. We were shown several samples but they were not exactly what we wanted. They kept finding samples for us to view until we found one we liked. They never rushed us, or pressured us in anyway. They were very responsive to our needs and treated us with up most respect and professionalism. The crew was very professional and efficient. They worked tirelessly without stopping, took great care with our house, lawn and landscaping. They kept the work site very clean and orderly and when they were done you would not know they had been there. <br />"

"March 28, 2016 RE: Evaluation of All American Home Improvements The scope of repair work by All American Home Improvement was limited to the removal of existing roofing materials and installation of a new metal roof; at my residence. I am ultimately pleased with the final results and have no complaints to address at this time. However, I will notate that due to a measurement discrepancy either on the part of the estimator or of the provider of materials, there was a significant delay between the initial date of installation and the date of completion of such work. While this delay did leave my roof incomplete and sub-roofing materials exposed to weather, I feel that once it was addressed (a week later) and a tarp affixed to my roof that All American Home Improvements did satisfy my complaint until the project was completed 5 days later. Total time from quote acceptance until work completion was 35 days. I found the cost to be fair, the final installation to be sufficient, and that the work was completed as quoted. The only significant recommendation for improvement of this process is for better communication between supervisory persons and home owners concerning projected solutions to issues or difficulties. I did need to pick up after the first installation crew that arrived but, I am often considered overtly picky about debris and trash in my yard. Based upon a reflection of the total quality, value and the ease of transaction of my roof installation I would give All American Home Improvement a “B ” rating. • While NOT a reflection upon this contractor I will suggest to those considering a metal roof that I have experienced an almost total loss of cell phone reception / signal since my install."
