During that time the made structual repairs on roof (replaced a missing facia and painted), repaired a damaged section of the main roof, stripped the old flat roof of my den extension and installed a new rubber roof and, finaly stripped an sloping roof over my kitchen and put new asphalt shingles. "The Project was a complete success from start to finish! Elias, the Project Manager was excellent. We had a major problem with a roof that was leaking . We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. Elias spent the most time of any of the contractors viewing and evaluating the roof and siding as well as the inside of the house where the water was leaking into and discussed the project with the President of Beantown. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. Elias was so professional and he even contacted us after the first rainstorm to make sure that everything was fine. The Office Manager, Janice sent the Roof Warranty to me right away. "We got a full roof replacement with On Top Roofing, and had an excellent experience! Tim and his team were very responsive. The office manager was really great about contacting me right back, getting us scheduled in for an estimate, keeping me updated on times for work. They also were able to get us in this season, even though they were fully booked. Super great since we had leaks and didn't want to go all winter with them. Tim did the estimate himself and the price was fair and within range of other quotes. We opted for a rubber roof on our back dormer. Rain delayed work getting done for a day, but they made sure the roof was watertight before rain set in, and came back to finish up the next day. I loved that they were able to send contracts and relay messages via email, made it simpler for us
