"This company was responsive and professional from start to finish. Carlos promptly replied to my initial inquiry for an estimate and arrived on schedule. He walked the perimeter with me and explained his recommended approach. The estimate was in line with two others I'd received, and I felt it was more comprehensive (e.g., he would apply two coats of paint instead of one, and he would replace a small section of damaged, moldy siding rather than bleaching and repainting it). I had asked about replacing all of the trim with Azek, and Carlos advised against this since the upper trim was in good shape and was not cost effective to replace; I appreciated his honesty. He provided several local references who were pleased with the work they'd had done. The entire crew was very professional, arrived promptly each morning, and cleaned up at the end of each day. He kept me informed throughout the process. They did a terrific job--the house looks brand new! "I hired Quality Construction (QC) to remodel my condo for sale. QC removed the old carpets and installed bamboo flooring through out living room and kitchen. The bamboo flooring came out beautiful. QC took the time to take care of every little corner to make sure there was no gap. Then I hired QC to remodel my kitchen, painted all walls and put in granite counter top.  The kitchen looks lovely. Then I hired QC to build a new stand up shower in my half bathroom great design he came up with on the first floor. QC installed ceramic tile 12 x 24 in my shower, install marble floor, cherry oak vanity black granite top, very nice medicine cabinet ,track lighting, painted all the walls.  All finished work came out marvelous. Next I hired QC to remodel my bathroom upstairs install new tub,marble floor, ceramic tiles 12 x 24 all around shower walls, cherry oak vanity black granite top,very nice medicine cabinet, track lighting n painted all the walls. QC workmanship very neat, very clean,take's the extra time that's needed for a great job.He is punctuate and reliable.  Not to mention that his price is very reasonable.  All my friends and relatives couldn't stop commenting how nice the remodeled unit looks like.  The remodeled unit looks so lovely that I almost changed my mind of selling it. Thanks to QC, my remodeled condo turns out so attractive that I sold the unit at one showing.
