They are not the cheapest option out there, but for me, I need to be able to trust that the work will be done in a quality fashion, by people who are fully insured, and I can trust to be in my house when I am not there. We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed.
