Raul came on the day we had scheduled & removed the old siding. He pointed out to me that the bottom of the cedar boards where the siding was to be attached was damp & we needed to wait a day for it to dry. He returned the next day & put up the siding as planned. Everything done very efficiently. No mess left behind. I was very pleased with the results. Would recommend them. They charged a reasonable price & did a great job."

"We needed a light fixture installed on the outside of our house. This required cutting a hole in the siding on our brand new house. I had heard a lot of good things about Side Pro so I gave them a call. They exceeded all of our expectations. Their receptionist was very helpful and professional and scheduled someone to come do the work in less than one week. The installer arrived on time and cut the hole, installed the block and flashing, caulked around the edge, in about 30 minutes and it looks fantastic. I will definitely recommend and hire Side Pro again for any siding, roofing or painting that I need done in the future."

"They missed their first appointment to give an estimate. Chepi was scheduled to come and Shay Dee Barber showed up several hours early for the next appointment and began "doing work" when no one was home. No contract or permission was given to do any work. He tried to give an invoice which was 8 times tghe estimate from other roofers. His "work" had to be torn out and thrown away by another vendor I had to hire because Shay Dee Barber did such a poor job. Shay Dee Barber has no roofing skills. He angrily threatened "I'll put a lien on your house" which was laughable as he had no contract. L&I, who grants licenses said he only has a general contractors license and there is no skill needed. This is a "contractor" to stay away from!!"

He even let us know places where improvements weren't urgent, even if that meant Perdue making less money from us, which is an uncommon level of integrity. The crew working on the job were also great - reliable, hard-working, tidy, and communicative - we especially appreciated that they asked questions when uncertain on how we'd want particular things handled (e.g. light fixture installation) vs just doing what they thought was best, a pattern we've seen with other contractors.
