"Andy picked up right away when I called to ask if he could take a look at my roof which had developed a tiny leak the night before. He said he could come out the very same day. When he arrived a few hours later he told me the roof was in good shape and should last another 7 years or so (the roof is 20 years old). The leak was being caused by a pipe boot which had deteriorated. He told me he'd get back to me later in the day with an estimate to replace the boots as well as to clean moss which had grown in a few areas. He ended up calling back a few hours later to say he could come out and replace the boots in an hour (he could schedule the roof cleaning within the next few weeks). So by the end of the day on the day I called he made the repair. He carefully explained what had to be done and how to do it properly and thought to use extra shingles I had stored in the basement. He was extremely nice, courteous, prompt and professional. He provided top notch service. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

"I had already gotten other quotes for the roof replacement, but I saw a coupon on Angie's List for Alliance Home Improvement and decided to get a quote from them, too. I'm glad I did! Sergiy was punctual and professional for the quote and was able to do the roof and some other needed repairs that were not even roof-related, for about the same price as the other quotes I had gotten that were just for the roof alone. His workers were courteous, hard-working and made sure the job site was neat and clean each day. They got the jobs done promptly and everything looks great! I would definitely recommend them."

"I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. I am a real person, a real customer, with no ties to the company, and was more than happy to write this review."

"Fantastic! Dave Brodowski and his crew were professional and friendly. They worked long hours to get the work done. Dave and his crew removed the old shingles, placed a coating on the bare roof, and put down new shingles. They cleaned up multiple times each day. They used a remote cart with an extendable slide. Dave let us know about any issues with the bare roof. The new roof looks fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone."

"They were extremely professional and when I requested quotes the night before Thanksgiving they came over to repair our door 2 days later at a very reasonable fee compared to other estimates I received. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again in a minute!"

"Sam, the owner, although busy with many other jobs, came within a couple of hours of my calling his office when he heard that water was coming into the house from the roof. He performed all the work himself. Sam explained everything he was going to do, was very pleasant and professional. Will have him return in Spring to do a heat wire installation to prevent ice damming again. I highly recommend Sam and his company.

"The work was great, they did a fabulous job, on time, on schedule, prompt, minimum breaks while at work, they cleaned up very well, and they removed their rubbish materials as the project progress. I would have other jobs that I would be calling them for. When the project was completed, they went around to check and look if the whole project was completed as per the owners specification."

"Roger, from Royal Roofers in Leominster called me at 10:30 to say he would be at my home for our scheduled estimate and he was indeed on time for our 1:00 pm appt. I have had 2 companies in the past that never showed up or bothered to call! I hate that. It shows me that they're not going to pay attention to what I want to be done and clearly not show up on time. So both of those companies were fired before the estimate ever got started. I was amazed when Royal Roofing called 2 hours ahead of our scheduled estimate to say they'd be on time for the estimate - and they did this throughout the entire job. What struck me most was their HONESTY! Roger gave me a copy of his roofing license and his liability insurance and thoroughly explained both. Then he told me step by step what they would do to the new roof and how much each item they used would cost. He also told me he does everything by Code so that any future repairs, such as a hurricane blowing shingles off the roof, that the insurance company would just cut me a check. I tell you everything was done by the book. I spent several years in the construction business so I knew if he was padding the job or not. He surprised me with a quote that was about $1,000 less than I thought it would be! The job was done exactly as he said it would be. The roof is beautiful and featured on the Royal Roofing facebook page. My advice to you is to call Royal Roofers ASAP for any roofing needs. The estimate I quoted is a one car garage but they treated it as if it was Ben Affleck's house! Finally, like most of the reviews state, they left the job site cleaner than it was to begin with and I have posted 2 pictures of their "clean up" job to show what I and the rest of the reviewers mean by "they clean up the area before they leave" This is a quality roofing company! 1) Honesty, 2) integrity, 3) licensed and insured for your benefit, 4) on time, 5) minds on the job, 6) no cell phone use except by crew leader to company overseer. 7) Leave your property cleaner than it was to begin with. I am very happy with the job they did and will hire again for house roof. Total cost for replacing garage roof = $1,850"
