They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "We recieved a mailing about American Metal Roofs, my husband was interested in getting a metal roof so we called. The president of the company came to our home to meet with both my husband and I. He explained and showed us in great detail how the roof is installed and about the materials used and gave us an estimate. We picked out the type of roof and color that we wanted and we put money down to order the materials and within a few weeks they were ready to start putting on the roof. Also about how the workers would conduct themselves on our property. Our roof was installed and all materials were cleaned up and kept neat through the whole process. The Crew were very polite and cleaned up after themselves daily and were very knowledgable and did a very professional job.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
