"They did a great job but I did not give them a 5 because I thought it was too pricey for 1 hour initial spraying and 3 other quick follow-ups if needed. Spoke to other individuals who had similar problems, and they did not pay nearly as much as I did. Other than too high priced, at my request they came back a second time to spray because we saw a couple of live ones 8 days after first spraying but none since second spraying."
