"I was very impressed with both the owner-operator and the work. First, he vacuumed the carpets to be cleaned. The blood stains were several years old and I had removed as much as possible, but there were dark spots left. They are completely gone now. I had forgotten that I had the same company clean our carpets in 2001, but found this by searching in my check book. Interesting coincidence. I certainly will call this same company the next time I need carpets and/or upholstery cleaned."

"Van Briggle is far from the cheapest, and yet the end result was lacking. The crew who did the final finishing seemed to be getting on-the-job training, using my floor. I am still finding areas where the polyurethane 'pooled' and was not spread evenly. Bob was not pleasant to work with when issues arose. He requested a 50% downpayment- seems high."

"Wow, I can’t believe Sam has any good reviews. We bought a remodeled home that he did 2 years ago. Cabinets, flooring, counters, appliances and fixtures are all of the lowest quality. We figure he must have a huge warehouse filled with junk from China. We’ve had issues with the floor boards separating. The flooring manufacturer came out and it was clear in the report that he installed it incorrectly. His fix was a suction cup idea that pulled the wood together. That lasted 2 months and was a half a** job. Luckily we found a qualified person to remedy it. Think twice before using Sam Hernandez."
