"Wolverine Contracting Design + Remodel provided us with exceptional craftsmanship for our renovation. They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. We highly recommend Wolverine Contracting and will be contacting them for any future projects."

"One of our rental homes had a bad house fire. We had to gut it down to the studs, kept the exterior siding, but everything else had to be replaced, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, plus walls, floors, ceilings, bathroom and kitchen. The works. Tyler from SimpleFix ran the project with his crew, kept in great communication, and stayed on it until we were satisfied with the finished work. His estimate was accurate, and we have received rave reviews from tenants about how grateful the place looks since then. We've continued to use SimpleFix for many projects since then, and we keep coming back to because they communicate promptly and get the work done right. "8 weeks. I had them come out 8 weeks ago to do a quote... I've called more than half a dozen times to follow-up on the quote, and still nothing... just excuses. Now we are going into summer, and we don't even have so much as an estimate. Wasted 2 months of my time.."

"Duane Lumm and his crew are amazing. A few years ago we came home from traveling to our finished basement totally flooded caused by a malfunctioning sump pump. Duane came immediately to start saving our belongings and furniture. D.C. Complete was thorough with getting our downstairs back to being livable. Duane and his crew were so caring.
