"Ken Dobson, owner of D & L Flooring is one of the most professional people in this business. He is prompt, courteous and listens to expectations. Well, Ken exceeded my expectations. He is a perfectionist, and gifted person with the ability to fix any bad flooring issues. Ken installed all new vinyl flooring throughout my home. He always kept things cleaned up as he went along. Ken had a young man named Anthony that was just as kind and that was respectful to my furniture and property. Both men were prompt, respectful and trustworthy. Ken did the job in the three days he said it would take. The suggestion I would make is to let Ken introduce you to the product he recommends. It's a great product. I absolutely love it. Give Ken Dobson from D & L Flooring a call and hire him. You will be glad did."

"Absolutely loving my new floors!! The installers Mike, Spenser and Brandon did amazing work. They were knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process and were spot on in the timeline provided. They all happily wore they're PPE the correct way which was a HUGE plus for us as clients. I would highly recommend the company AND this team of installers."

"We are thrilled with the service we received at Epic Floors. The plank went in yesterday and looks great. They beat competitors quotes, and taught us all about different types of floors (more than the other stores we visited combined.) Thanks to Sam for helping us. We'd recommend them to anyone looking for great Floors and friendly service."

"Aaron is a great rep, showing the products and prices, terrific on both. Easy terms financing. Set the installation for the next week. Kristoffer did beautiful work with the luxury vinyl tiles we chose. He came to our home at the promised time. He listen to our questions and answered all of them. Very experienced and very clean with every aspect. Excellent products material and trim finishes. Outstanding. I recommend this company for all of the flooring needs you have. Everything exactly as promised at writing our deal. No surprise costs. None as good as In and Out Floors."

"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

"JP came out on time and fully prepared to assess the situation, make measurements and provide an estimate quickly. He was very professional and helped me explore my options. It was a no pressure experience. I needed my wife to weigh in on color so JP came back to our house in the evening to complete the process. Outstanding experience!"

"Scott (the owner) quoted the job and did the work himself which I liked. Other companies will send sales reps out that don’t really understand the work. Scott also was able to come and do the job quickly - called him Saturday morning and he came Sunday morning - other companies were quoting 4-6 weeks out. Our home / wood floors are only eight years old so we didn’t need a significant sand and stain. Scott used a floor sander and did our first floor and stairs and stained them with a good water based product all in under two hours - I applied the second coat myself with some stain he left me five hours later. My only regret is that some of the small “chips” in the floor did not sand out - I regret not filling them in myself prior to having Scott sand the floors. I am impressed with the quality of the water based product that was used and would use it again"

"The vinyl floor selections were limited but they did have one we liked. It was installed quickly and they did a great job making it look beautiful!"

"The gentleman was prompt and did an amazing job installing a runner down my basement stairs. I recommend Cody’s Flooring"

"J. Thomas Construction did an amazing job finishing our basement. From the initial estimate through completion of the project, J. Thomas Construction provided excellent service and communication. His team was professional and stayed on schedule. We are extremely satisfied with our new space. I highly recommend J. Thomas construction and will definitely hire for future projects."
