"Quotation for Services: The gentleman came out to the house within a week. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer them all while educating me along the way. I was very comfortable hiring them to do the work on the spot when the quote was completed. Work Day: I received a call in the morning with an ETA for the team. The team of 3 introduced themselves and quickly reviewed what they would be doing that day. Like the quote guy, they were all very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. They grabbed me a few times throughout the day to show me things they found, things they did, and to peacock a bit when they were proud of something they did that was very much above and beyond expectation. The work was completed in the day and finished with a sit down to give me advice on items to look for, recommendations for issues they came across (lots of bee hives/wasp nests), and different reasons I should call them back in if they ever came up.
