He was also extremely patient as we made changes as we went along which were not contemplated originally. We had major renovations to the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, replacement of the deck and the addition of a sunroom and painting throughout. He managed all elements of the big project including extensive demolition, encapsulating creosote, replacing insulation, installing bathroom vanities, designing and installing a fireplace mantel, tiling a fireplace surround and kitchen backsplash, updating a 1970s kitchen and installing new flooring throughout our home. His communication throughout the 10 month project was excellent - with frequent updates via text, email, and in-person meetings. Jeff managed supply chain challenges, weather delays, and clients with changing ideas (!!) with skill and patience. He was instrumental in bringing our vison to fruition, and was a genuine pleasure to work with."
