He immediately identified the real problem that the first guy missed. and came back a couple days later to complete the repair. While he was there, he also identified a couple other minor issues - One he fixed that day (without charge), and the other he told me to contact the company that replaced our roof 5 years ago as they should fix it under warranty instead of him charging me. Joe took the time to explain each step of the repair, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Joe for any roofing work!"

We had never filed a claim for insurance for anything and were grateful Mitch was there to help us along the way. When the insurance adjuster came, Mitch made sure to be there as well and pointed out a number of things damaged that otherwise wouldn't have been replaced as I didn't know what to look for.
