"Just had 2 8' french doors installed. These doors came unassembled as a kit. He had to lower a 10' wall to 8'. Frame, drywall, add and sand drywall compound several times until it met his standards, assemble and install the doors & then paint and clean up. There was no over charges, he came on time & was a pleasure to deal with. He will be creating accent walls on 2 walls next. BTW he makes custom wood furniture as well."

"I will recommend Jeff to any of my friends or family that have a problem with critters getting in their attic. I previously paid a handyman service to seal my soffit where a cat got in and while it looked correct something was still getting in/out. Jeff came out and repaired it correctly and identified three other areas where animals were accessing my attic, and sealed them up. He was very professional and looked all over the attic for said animals before leaving. Unfortunately there was a feral cat in there hiding in the insulation ( which there was no way for him to know ) ... Once I realized this he returned right away with a live cat trap and I'm confident we will get the little guy out! "We have used Thomas and his crew before. They do such an incredible job that I didn't hesitate to hire them again when I needed more painting done. His crew always arrives on time (actually early) and does a very thorough job. We had 2 TV brackets that needed to be removed and patched. A year ago, we had a different contractor come in and move outlets on the same wall and did a horrible job of patching and repairing the wall. Thomas' team repaired that as well (without me asking) simply because they noticed how bad it looked and wanted the whole area to look pristine. All are very professional and polite. "Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
