"We bought this 27 yr old home Oct 2019. We knew we would get duct cleaned eventually due to wife and son's allergy issues. So we researched on Angel List contractors. CM had a special going for the week (clean ALL intakes/vents/ducts and dryer duct @$220/unit) and it was best offer from others. Once ducts were cleaned, Jamar requested UV installment due to molding found in upstair ducts. He recommended UV on both (upstairs/downstairs) although molding wasn't visible downstairs but it made since that it could be since we felt as if ducts NEVER been clean by previous owners. We had NO INTENTIONS of paying for UV (which he offered $850 per unit if done today but $1300/unit if they have to come back). Since wife had been having issues with allergies, we decided to go forth with deal which felt like a lot $$ but was told the UV was commercial type not residential (which I had googled and notice price waaaay lower but was told that the type he uses could not be googled..??). Anyway, as for professionalism, they were VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE which made me feel good about getting them to take care of cleaning. Although I felt price was ridiculously HIGH for UV, we feel that it will be worth it NOW and LATER. PS...was told all vents were vacuum but had to point out all was not and he did take care of them. Happy wife, Happy life!"

"Had another company scheduled to come out but they kept giving me the runaround on when a tech would be available. After 5 hours of waiting starting calling other companies, with Stewart air being one. Called and got no answer so hung up. However, Maurice called ME back and said he had a missed call from this number and wanted to know if he could be of service. Told him what was going on and said he'd get me next after his current appointment. 30 minutes later he called again and said he was enroute, after which he had my A/C up and running within 20 minutes after arriving. Maurice was very professional and I will now consider him for ALL my HVAC needs! Highly recommended!"

"Shamar and Christine did an excellent job, which was not easy given that their hoses had to reach three stories up and then extend into the various rooms. They were professional. Also, the owner, Al, does quickly return phone calls. The price he offered for the job was reasonable. We will certainly use Metro Carpet Cleaning again."
