"We bought the big deal in early December and wanted to wait until after Christmas to have the work done. However, in January my wife and I both came down with the flu for three weeks (we're both 70) so we waited until the end of January to call Jose about the tiling work. The big deal included all materials, including about $200 worth of tile, and labor to tile 100 sq ft. We explained to Jose that we had special ordered tile and grout for our 140 sq ft dining room. Jose was very flexible and said we would work out something. Our house was built in 1965 and he said that was very good because the corners were square. Jose came out on Friday (1/30/15) and looked at our dining room and said he could do the job for no more out-of-pocket costs to us. This was unexpected and pleasant to hear. Pedro came out the following Tuesday and worked 11 hours and finished tiling the room. The next day was grout day and Jose arrived. He discovered that one of the tiles next to the wall was would not have the edge covered by the baseboard. Pedro arrived shortly thereafter and fixed and grouted the tile. This was Pedro's day off but he did not want to leave the job less than perfect! All in all, Pedro did a fantastic tile job and we would recommend US Regional Floors, LLC to anyone wanting tile work done."
