"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"I have another repair where I am hiring the company again. That should speak for itself"

"I contact Jd Appliance Repair last night and he promptly answered and this morning he was able to repair our clothes dryer. Fast and reliable company."

"The service technician called in advance. The office had called me promptly to set up the appointment. The technician took time to review all my systems (breakers, breaker box, and outside connection). He replaced the broken junction box and rehung the attached ceiling light. The service was done quickly, and the tech cleaned up after himself. He provided suggestions on what I should consider going forward as well as estimates for the work."

"Edwin was very professional once I secured his services. He sent me an invoice right away. Great communication, he was on time. Did an excellent job. I will be contacting them in six months for another service. I wanna make sure my Dryer Vent is cleaned every six months."

"Mark Appliance Repair was very professional, punctual, and extremely fast. I highly recommend his services."

"I got a very prompt response after leaving a message and spoke with one MIke who said they could come out today if that was alright. Received a second call from the other Mike who called to confirm I was at home and said he was in the area and could be here shortly. He arrived within 20 minutes or so and directly fixed the problem. I have an older machine, but fortunately he had the parts to repair it and keep it going. These guys were both great to talk with and work with!! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Oh and their pricing I think is more than fair, I contacted Sears a few months ago who wanted $148 just for the trip charge then plus parts and labor, Mike and Mike were $89 for the trip charge plus parts and labor, a substantial difference!"

"It went very well. I could not be happier with his service, his attitude and the price. I will definitely call him the next time I need any appliance serviced."
