I was in a real bind to get a toilet installed in my home yesterday. I contacted David at JGB Renovations around noon an explained why I needed this install expedited. He committed to help me. About 6 pm I received a call from Raymond, one of David's men. He explained that he was on a job but could get to me later in the evening. He arrived about. 8:30 pm and got right to work. The job was completed around 10:30. Raymond did an outstanding job and even left the bathroom spotless. He was very personable and professional.

I would definitely use Raymond and JGB Renovations again. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Overall a great experience.

"All three jobs that Jeff performed exceeded my expectations. Jeff's keen eyes spotted a very simple fix for my toilet, so he did not have to replace any apparatus in the toilet tank. Jeff quickly reinforced the metal strips around my soffits and found more loose strips than I know about -- he fixed all of them, and now it's like they're brand new. Jeff installed a shower safety handle and taught me an easy lesson in the process. Jeff always goes goes beyond the last mile -- he's a consummate handyman!"

"Mike is not a Handyman, he is an professional at any service he performs. I had issue with the AC unit. I had several techs stop by and explain what they thought was wrong. "After the recent purchase of our new home, there was no shortage of repairs and improvements that needed to be done. The first project was to have carpet removed from our lanai and have ceramic tile installed. Our search for for the best tile installer began and ended with George. He had a great reputation and excellent reviews, so we knew he was our guy. He gave us an estimate in advance, showed up every day on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and cleaned up at the end of the day. The project was completed on time, and because we made change in the size of our tile after his initial estimate, he actually charged us less at the end thank his original quote--the mark of an honest man! Our lanai looks beautiful thanks to George's master craftsmanship. But beyond our impressions of his work, virtually every other person who has come to our house (for plumbing, electrical, roof, etc.) has commented on how nice the tile looks, and several asked for George's contact info because they want to use him on their own homes. We cannot recommend George highly enough!"

"They mother and daughter team were very attentive and thorough. They gave attention to detail and really got to the key areas I needed "extra" attention to. They cleaned my ceiling fans, Wood grain blinds, windows & sills, walls, baseboards, floors, all surfaces cleaned and dusted, bathrooms completely cleaned  (tubs, sinks, floors) All floors swept and mopped and cleaned my kitchen as well. "4 men were here for 4 days and 3 were here on the 5th and final day. They came exactly at 7:30 AM, and left about 4:30-5:00, working constantly with only a short break for lunch. Things they did beyond their job: Shoveling snow & ice and putting salt on the steps. Taking out my garbage, 1 garbage and two recycling bags. Cleaning everything except what I said not to, because I need to sort through some stuff. Cleaning a bunch of black gunk left under some bookends on my desk Removing masking tape gunk on the 7 windows in the sun porch, ghosts of many long ago Christmases They cleaned the glass windows from every room in which they worked They cleaned 5 of my 6 ceiling fans.....why not #6? some of the things I moved prior to their arrival was stored in that room. They vacuumed the rugs in all the rooms in which they worked They vacuumed the steps going down the front hall They kept asking if I was sure there wasn't anything else I wanted them to do....."
