"Had a couple windows installed on Tues. June 20th. The screen on one was ripped, the installer said they would put a order in right away and have it out this week. There was no signoff's on work. Some of the caulk jobs around the windows are a little sub-par for my liking. Not the best quality work. Called the office for clarification on when my screen would be here this week. They had no knowledge of it, and it had to be ordered. Now it'll be July 8th before they can get out here. Had used their competitor (Hansons) for my last house. The comparison between the two is much different. Will probably go back to Hansons for the rest of the house here."

"Rob came out gave us a quote to turn a window into a door to our backyard. His price was priced right for the job. He gave us a date he would come do the job and him and his crew showed up on time! They were very nice, friendly, very professional men. They worked hard and only stopped for lunch. They cleaned as they worked. When the were finished one of the men washed my floor on his hands and knees. (I stopped him - it was not necessary) Our door is PERFECT. I know we made the BEST choice hiring Rob and you will too."

"I contacted Mr Handyman from Angie's List around June 25th 2024. Mr Handy sent me a quote on June 26th for $3360 for 2men and 2days to complete the job of building a sunroom at my home. I excepted and scheduled a appointment for work to be done on July the 1st. Mr. Handyman called me on June the 28th to reschedule for July the 2 2024. They showed up on the 2nd worked 5 hours and come again on July 3 2024 worked for 8 hours. Job was still not completed. I called the company on July 8 2024 to find out about completed the job, I was told that someone would be out on July 10 2024 no one showed. I called the company around 9am on the 10th I was told that someone would be out to complete the job on July 11 2024. No one showed or called on July 11 2024. I called the company on July 12 2024 I spoke with the Owner and he said he would have someone out on July 15 2024 between 8-10am. The contractor came out on July 15 2024 worked 3 hours and told me that nothing could be done about the leak in the roof or the stripped door handle and missing screws. I called back to the company talked to the owner I offered to send photos of the job he refused to accepted. I have not talk to or received any call about rectifying to problem. I would like a refund of $1491 to hire another contractor. I do not trust this company to do the job correctly."
