"We had over 8 inches of water in our crawlspace. When I called, I was quickly put on the schedule. They arrived on time, and even respected my wishes for a phone call when they were on their way. They were incredibly professional and courteous the entire time they were here and they finished on time. The installation was done very well -- not only did they install our sump pump, but they ditched the entire crawlspace and put drainage rock in the ditches to prevent them from caving in. When they were digging the yard up for the piping, they put the dirt in garbage cans to prevent a mess in our yard which we were very appreciative of! You can barely tell they dug up the yard! They put floor protectors on our wood floor so not to ruin them, too. Everything looks great and is working well. We would definitely use them again in the future and I recommend them to anyone needing basement or crawlspace work."

"I spoke to Dave, the owner, and he seemed genuinely apologetic. He sent out another employee, Justin, to fix the pipe that had been damaged and issued a partial refund for the services mentioned below. Justin was very thorough and spent a considerable amount of time fixing and testing the new pipe and connections he installed. With all the new fittings, including rubber couplings, I am not sure it is as strong as the original pipe, but both Dave and Justin seemed to do their best to resolve a bad situation."

"I had Premier Basement come out to encapsulate my crawlspace. I have seen their work before since my parents used their services for the exact same reason. I wanted a warmer floor which required something to be done with the crawlspace under my house. Scheduling was easy, Steve came out and inspected the space and we walked through what would need to be done. I filled out the required paperwork and away we went. We had to reschedule a few times but communication was always open. The gals in the office are on the ball. Art and his coworker (forgot his name) came out and got the job done in a day. They did have to come back another day because one of the vent covers broke and they had no spares in the truck. Not a big deal, we scheduled it and got it on in about a 2 week time frame. I am very happy with the work. I guess they actually do egress windows, which I will be calling them to do as soon as we move forward with finishing our basement."

"Well. 1st plumber who looked at the system said shower valves needed to be replaced but that was a problem because there are no access panels. Chaub plummer advised valves were good quality and there was no need to replace. He replaced/installed new hardware and did a great job in a timely manner."

"Richard was outstanding!  He showed up on a timely basis for the first appointment, which was to provide an estimate.  He was thorough, and although he tried to upsell us on several items, he was not pushy at all.  His price was very competitive, and beat the lowest other bid by over $200.  On the day of the installation, he called us early to let us know that the supplier would be dropping off the tanks, and then showed up at the appointed time for the actual installation.  The installation went great and he finished in the timeframe that he stated he would finish.  He was friendly, but professional.  He even installed a new shower head in our daughter's bathroom free of charge.  We are planning a bathroom renovation soon, and we will definitely use Noble for this work!  I highly recommend him! <br />"

"Our new home had a handful of plumbing issues which needed to be addressed.  I found Rant's via AL and placed a call.  The gentleman who fielded my call was polite and helpful.  They came out the same day and were very punctual. <br /> The work performed fixed the majority of our issues. <br /> I suppose my only gripe is that there were a few loose ends that could have been resolved before they left.  First, a drain in the mud room which was partially assembled before their visit (only the water trap was in place) was further dismantled (leaving nothing more than the drain stub in the wall) and left that way.  I suspect they used this drain as means to snake the line.  Second, they told my wife the slow draining in the kitchen sink is partially due to the trap being installed backwards.  She asked him to do whatever it would take to remedy the situation.  However, the trap is still installed backwards and the kitchen sink is still slow to drain."
