Communication w/John outstanding. The next day; John called to schedule a convenient time for installation and provided the option for his associate, Josh, to install the toilet at xx p.m.; or he could do so a little later. Appreciated this courtesy and scheduling option. Josh arrived promptly and he performed the job efficiently, and my bathroom/home was left spotless. Both John and Josh were professional, polite and personable! John stopped by as Josh was finishing the job to ensure satisfaction. Overall, an excellent experience. We will definitely call Mayo Plumbing should we require these services in the future!"

"They will install any brand of water heater you wish, or sell you one that they carry. Person who did the install my heater did give me a heads up of problems with the unit I was buying. I ended up buying a different brand (not from the installer), and quite honestly am much happier with choice I made. Doing addition research did confirm the original concerns with my choice of product so it wasn't an issue of the installer trying to make a sale of his product."

"Email communication was hit-or-miss.  Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update.  The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great.  It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece.  It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though.  The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well.  I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again.

"It went great. We have had a water stain on our kitchen ceiling, and we thought it came from an upstairs bathroom. I asked CW to re-seal the shower. He thought the sealant looked fine and investigated further and identified the problem on the roof of our addition, and he fixed the problem. I was impressed that he dug a little deeper than I thought we needed.

"I feel the job went very well. It took a little extra time because of all the different jobs that had to be performed. Example the dry wall that had to be replaced was unexpected. Windows had to be ordered and waited for them to come in and be installed. But those are all things that go with a remodeling job. Tim always kept myself and my tenants informed as to what had to be done next and what day and time they would be there. Tim and his crew did a very good job. I grew up in Affton most of my life and was excited to find a local contractor."
