"We had been planning this project for several years.   Once we decided to move forward, we contacted a number of contractors for estimates.  We met with Lou to go over the project, and appreciated his ability to offer solutions to some of the obstacles to our project and to answer all of our questions.
Jann, the business manager, also met with us to offer design ideas and to review the contract and answer our questions.  We provided her with the product information we had researched for our project and she ordered the cabinets, countertop, backsplash tiles, range hood, sinks, faucets, garbage disposal, and windows.
Throughout the project Lou and Jann were mindful of our budget and helped keep us on track. Any changes from the original scope of the project were handled by work orders.
We were impressed that both Lou and his helper were on time every day, took a short lunch break and got right back to work.   When necessary, Lou worked over the weekend (the backsplash installation required 3 days for the grout to set and dry). When the counter and floor were being installed, Lou checked in with the installers, and then worked at another jobsite, being available by phone if needed.  He then inspected the work when it was completed.
Before starting work each morning, Lou checked in with us and addressed any questions/concerns we had.  If we were not satisfied with something, he re-did it to our satisfaction (for example, the paint that was initially used on the trim needed to be changed to semi-gloss)
Lou made sure that the project stayed on schedule so that the floors and counters could be installed on schedule.
As long time do-it-yourselfers, we were a little nervous hiring someone we did not know to be in our home every day for the duration of the project.  We found Lou is trustworthy with good people skills. He handled everything concerning the project thereby minimizing our worries and concerns. He was the perfect contractor for us.
Lou is knowledgeable, skilled and focused.  He is detail oriented and addressed all our concerns with his great attitude.  During the time he worked for us we developed a good relationship and plan other projects in the future.

"A 5 Star Service Plus! The quality of workmanship was beyond expectations. Any Homeowner choosing to work with this company will be very pleased. "After scouring the internet and some friends for local contractors that can remodel my kitchen, I came across Landmark Construction (Charlie) who provided me with a quote that I was comfortable with and that included all the items that I wanted to have in my new kitchen. I hired Charlie and his team of workers to renovate my kitchen, guest bathroom and install new hardwood floors throughout my house. Now that the project is completed, I could not be happier with the end results. The most important thing for me (besides quality of work), was the communication between me and Charlie since I have a very busy schedule and Charlie was always responsive to all my requests.

"I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church.  They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days.  The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes.  They began work the next week.
I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts.  He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing.  Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.  He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place.  He cleaned up after himself as he went along.  He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done.  If only all builders could be like this.  This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project.  Yay!"

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

"The crew performed very solid work. They conducted themselves professionally throughout the process. There was a delay with the Corian subcontractor that put the project behind almost two weeks which was frustrating. However, once the Corian installer was here, he stayed late to finish his job, so Bill form Thomas Home Center could be back the next day for finishing work. I recently has a issue with the exhaust fan, and they came back out the trouble shoot the problem, so I do like the fact that they stand behind their work and are constantly striving to improve customer satisfaction. Improvements I would like to see, I think the foreman should be available throughout the project and make regular site visits ( I realize the Corian delay messed up their schedule) however making a point to check on every client improves customer relations. Also, I would overestimate the time for the job (if you think 5 days, say 10) so you will look fabulous in the eyes of the customer when you finish early. Better coordination with sub contractors would also be great so the project is always moving forward, however this is a difficult job to accomplish, unless they expand and do it all. Now there is a thought. Overall, I love my bathroom and we will be calling them again for future projects."

"We had a room addition built and our roof replaced at the same time, which we were nervous about at first. Ron and his team handled it really well. The scheduling was organized, the site stayed relatively clean, and any questions we had were answered quickly. The final result exceeded expectations — especially how seamlessly the new room connects to the rest of the house!"

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."
