Ayers needs to keep him long term, and putting him in sales earlier than later. He really knows his stuff. He gave us complete confidence that the trenching and encapsulated system will work! Cody Redman and Andy Best were also on the job and did an outstanding job. All three of these guys worked their tails off, not stopping for long. "The first experience we had with Don was amazing.  He came in and converted out garage in to a step down living room.  His attention to detail was incredible.  The following year Don came in and remodeled our partially finished basement and put in a full bathroom, drop ceiling, and finished off an office.  My family then purchased a couple of cabins on Otsego Lake and we hired Don to gut them and remodel them completely.  From start to finish, you will not find another contractor that is as thorough as he is.  His ability to do just about anything has made him my "go to man" when it comes to remodel projects.  We will be contacting him again in the next couple of months to have him do another addition on our home as this man is an absolute magician when it comes to carpentry!   Nobody else will ever do work for us again and he comes highly recommended to anyone who has ever seen what he has done to our home already. <br />"

"Everything went as promised. Installation was professional and no shortcuts were taken. They even fixed a problem I had with dishwasher which was not part of the deal. <br />"

"Bruce arrived to start the job on time and is quite methodical, with everything going in the right order. He has the tools to do ANYTHING and completely filled our 2 car garage with tools, materials, cabinets, etc. Since everything was replaced, he had to use skills on so many levels, including dry wall, insulation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite work, painting, heating, etc. I think he truly excels at molding/trim work and the cabinet installing. Perfection. An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"
