"When we were first moving into our house, we called Noah and Nomi came out to take a look and give us her ideas. We wanted to turn a bunch of small rooms into a master bedroom. She came with good design ideas, clear communication, and a focused, professional demeanor. She also quoted us a price that was way out of our range. As I talked to many other contractors, I learned that her price was quite good, I just needed to revise my expectations.
A little bit of time passed, and we decided to get underway with part of the original work, which included removing a wall between two rooms to make a master bedroom. They took care of that in about five days, including rebuilding the floor and taking out multiple windows in our walk-in closet and bedroom. The workers always arrived on time, were friendly, respectful. In addition, my main contact Ori, was very responsive, knowledgeable, kind, and communicative. Really, I would call Ori a friend at this point as he's a great guy that I trust.
Anyway, in the middle of that work, I was happy with what they were doing, so I asked them to rebuild the chimney, which they took care of without incident. Soon after, the rains started in Altadena, and our garage roof started leaking. Ori and his team came over right away, and rebuilt the garage roof. Some of the interior ceiling of the garage roof started peeling off after they started and upon learning of it, Ori said he would take care of it immediately. They're coming to take care of that, some tiles on our garage roof, and a backsplash this weekend.
Overall, I'm very impressed with Noah Construction and will work with them again."
