"Outstanding!  Robert showed up on time (I received a 1/2-hour window of between 8:00 and 8:30am and he was right there at 8:15).  Nice to have such a narrow window and not have to wait all day or even a half a day.  Second, he was extremely professional and courteous.  We had cleared our coutertops so he could perform the work and the work was completed in less than an hour.  The countertops were ready to go and only indicated we would want to make sure we soak up any water spillage within a 24 hour period in order to allow the sealer to do its job.
Countertops looked fantastic upon finishing and this is something we will most certainly do on an annual basis if not bi-annual basis, depending on conditions.

"I hired Scott to resurface about 3k square feet of stamped concrete in my back yard. He worked with me to find a color and seal that I like and reassured me it would look great. "I needed rain gutters checked/cleaned and evaluation of recurrent leak on flat part of roof.  
 I received prompt call back and estimate meeting, and work was done within a wk or so (before the rain!).   I went onto the roof   with Mr. Thomas  to best understand his evaluation and plan. He gave me options as to how   to proceed which I appreciated.
With all the work done, however, I feel confident in the roof for sometime!!!!     
  It is a family company with high professionalism, good communication, and it was a pleasure having them work at our home.  I won't hesitate to call on them when other services needed   (such as painting, etc).

"It went well. There were some issues, but he did good work. He seems to have a problem with time management. A job that was supposed to take a day or two ended up taking a whole week. Many of the days he was late. There were just a lot of time issues. And if we had been in a rush, it would have been a real problem. Except for the time problem, he did good work. His price was good. It was difficult getting him out here. There were a lot of problems. His phones were not working and it was very hard to get through. Once he was here and once I was able to talk to him, he was fine and he was extremely responsive, almost overly so. He was great. I would use him again if I wasn't in a rush. I thought he did excellent work."
