"I had such an incredible experience with Brandon and Oz that I truly felt compelled to write a review. It seems like artificial grass is the new way to go - once I did my research the list of pros just went on and on. **The process - I called a few local companies and Encore Builders was actually the last to come out (I guess its true they save the best for last). Brandon and Oz came out together and took measurements of my front yard. We recently installed some fencing so I wanted everything to look fresh and new. They came up with a fabulous idea of an arched driveway with some stepping stones through the artificial turf (see photos). They gave me a quote on the spot and I instantly knew they were the right company. You can tell they are honest people who are not trying to just take your money. They love what they do. The price was extremely competitive compared to the other companies that came out. IN ADDITION - they are the only company to come up with a beautiful landscaping idea that made my front yard absolutely stunning. **The project - The project was quick and painless. Two day job. Crews arrived in the morning - respectfully parked trucks on the street and everyone was super awesome (friendly reminder to have water on hand for your hard workers in the California heat!!). They left everything SPOTLESS and the turf looks gorgeous!!! **The pros - artificial turf was a great solution for us due to the low maintenance. We love to utilize both our front and back yard (hosting, kids playing, etc) and we wanted something we could enjoy year round without an expensive upkeep. Also, now that water and electricity bills are up - we knew we had to find a cheaper solution. Bye bye sprinklers!! No need for mowing, watering, or fertilizing here!!! I honestly don't see any cons - artificial grass was the right move for us and I could not be happier with the results. THANK YOU BRANDON AND OZ!!!! "We recently had a pool installed and about 1/3?1/2 of the sprinklers were dug up in the process. I needed those replaced and integrated into the existing system/timer.  <br /> I got three estimates for this job... $4,000 (what?!), $2,500, and $1,500. <br /> I liked Carlos when he came out and was pleased his bid was the lowest. He said they would install two zones of sprinklers, one on the side of the house, and one in the backyard, behind the pool. He came out the morning of the work and talked to his two guys, but I'm not sure what he told them because they seemed very unclear on what they were supposed to do. They both spoke almost no English and I think they tried to explain to me that the sprinklers needed to be split into two zones, as if that wasn't what was supposed to happen in the first place. They did the work and showed me the sprinklers working, but after they left and I set up  the timer, one of the existing zones and one of the new zones didn't work. I called the next morning and was told they'd be out that day. No show, no call. I called the next morning and was told the same thing. They did show and fixed the problem.  <br /> They did the work, but I feel like they could have done more (even if it was for more money). The sprinklers on one side of the front walk don't work and there's a broken sprinkler head in the back. Had they tested the sprinklers and walked around and talked through those things with us, I would be a much more satisfied customer and they could've made a little more money. <br /> I am torn on whether I would use them again. The price was right, and the work was done, but I wasn't wowed. <br />"

"Exactly on time for price quote & exactly on time to do the work. They own all the right equipment to do the job including a truck with bucket lift, stump grinder & wood chipper. They decided to drop the trees in one piece rather than cut and lower pieces from the bucket lift (we live in a cul de sac so not much traffic to block). The 60 futter fell across our front yard & all the way across the street. They dropped it right where they wanted to and within minutes had the street cleared. It was pretty amazing when that tree fell. Took about 4 hrs. to complete everything including cleanup using only 3 guys. I will definitely hire these guys again for any tree or shrub service."

"I've used Claudio several times over the years. A couple of days ago I had a small water heater leak but Claudio couldn't come that day, so I called another plumber. They did the work, but told me my regulator was about to blow and I needed a new one. They quoted $1,500, with a $200 senior discount. I called Claudio, gave him the specs from the other company. He came and installed the regulator the next day for $638. Claudio is knowledgeable, professional, and from now on I won't use another plumber. A1 service all the way. Can't recommend him highly enough."
