"Next time you walk by an egress window on one of these flipped homes - check out the workmanship - crooked, leaking glue out the sides, certainly no permit. I know this because I have witnessed it AND I called one of those "cheap" window people for an estimate (notice how they are ready at the drop off a hat and then drop out of sight when there are problems? The window placed by Egree Inc is perfect. Was it more expensive - not much more than as egress window placed in 2013 that was equal in quality. It was also permitted, inspected, and sits level without leftover glue seeping out the sides. Was there a wait time - not more than I would expect from any quality provider. "I got several bids for siding repair and other work that I needed on my house where the siding needed replaced and replaced correctly.  Mike from Paulo's came to my house on Saturday, looked over the areas that needed work, listened to what I needed done and, unlike a few of the other contractors, anticipated my suggestion on the correct way to do it.  I had a written proposal in several days.  After getting several bids Paulo's wasn't the cheapest, but they were the contractor I felt  would do the job correctly the first time. 
I signed the contract along with my own submitted specs and sketches, then met with Paulo for a precon walk-through.  They came and finished the work in two days for the contract price.  They missed two sections of siding we had agreed to do, but stayed until 7 pm to finish the work after I pointed it out.  The job was done well and they cleaned up after the job.
