"Expedient response from the owner. He responded to initial request via email and phone calls promptly. He was able to schedule the next day. He answers his calls and/or will immediately return your call. I called him later in the afternoon to cancel because I thought we had fixed my leak in my Samsung French door refrigerator. He told me to check for water under the drawer. I found water. He explained most likely it was not fixed based on his experience with the problem. I agreed to keep an appointment. Day of the appointment he was delayed with a call prior to mine. He called and asked if he could show up an hour later. He promptly showed up in time. He was efficient and went the extra mile to fix our problems. He explained as he went along and showed us what the issues were. He had the necessary parts with him and got it up and running in less than two hours. His price was appropriate. I honestly have not had such a pleasant and expedient experience with an appliance repair. My only negative feedback is that he only fixes refrigerators. He is a very pleasant and patient professional."

He took a great deal of time in explaining the problem to me, actually showed me the cost of parts necessary to repair, which was as much or more than a new stove. He did not try to push an expensive repair on me. He made thoughtful recommendations on a new stove, and even gave me a couple of hints on issues with two other major appliances. Although disappointed that my 9 year old stove could not economically be repaired, I was THOROUGHLY satisfied with this experience.
