"Besides the replacement of the fireplace they redid the stonework and tiling and mantle. The basement remodel is false it would not let me enter the actual job."

"Amazing! I love our new open kitchen, dining and living area! It is beautiful! Brent, his crew and the subs were great! They worked hard were professional and respectful of our home. Brent was great keeping me on budget and Dave was great keeping us updated on each step of our remodel."

"Andy and team remodeled our kitchen as well as built a bathroom for us in our basement. I wanted to wait a little while before leaving a review to confirm the quality of work. Years later everything is still great and no issues. Andy was flexible and professional during the whole construction project, we appreciated the attention to detail and considerations his team gave to our family."

"We were very happy with the work that Apex did for us. The quality of workmanship was great and they completed the project in a timely manner. I was impressed that every evening before they left, they cleaned up any mess from that day. That was really appreciated."

"Very satisfied with the work Keith and his crew did. The replacement tub and surround look great. They got the work done quickly which was important because it was our only bathtub/shower in the house. His pricing was upfront and fair. Would highly recommend!"

"Very well I was impressed with my floors. They were very professional honest detail oriented and went over and beyond the call of their job."

"I recently hired Majestic Construction for our basement project, and I can’t say enough good things about Jorge and his team. We had some highly complex requirements—a full kitchen remodel, a wet room, intricate plumbing and electrical work, and a lot of custom features like a 100" fireplace and detailed tile work in the wet room. One of the toughest challenges was moving a 10-foot section of steel beam within a wall cavity, which required cutting floor joists to house the beam inside the floor system. Despite the difficulty, they executed it flawlessly. What stood out most was how easy they were to work with. Jorge and his crew were incredibly responsive, always offering thoughtful insights and suggestions that elevated the project beyond what we’d imagined. Every team member seemed to take the job personally, putting in the effort to deliver high-quality results. I’d highly recommend Majestic Construction."

"Francisco and his guys did an excellent job installing LVP in our upper floor. They moved all the furniture as needed and cleaned up after themselves well. He even improved the section where the floor meets the stairs despite not necessarily being in the quote. I plan to continue working with him on hand rail install as well."

"We hired Rabin Restoration for a basement remodel and we were very happy with our experience. They were professional and great communicators. The work was done well and very efficiently. For future projects we will definitely go with Rabin Restoration again."
