"Soto's Concrete does professional new work and repair work at affordable prices. They have the expertise in knowing how to fix areas that may cause a lawsuit if someone is hurt due to uneven sidewalks and stairs, too. They are meticulous and clean up after themselves."

Small jobs welcome

I do honest work, whatever it is. I have construction experience, I’m a brick mason, I’ve done carpentry, I patch drywall, I paint, I carry heavy things, I clean, I move things with my truck, and much more.

"Jac's Concrete did an incredible job! Fair price, great quality, and outstanding communication. So often contractors do not do what they say they're going to do. That was not the case with Jac's Concrete. I will use them on future projects. I highly recommend them."

"Anthony accepted a job many other companies declined as 'too small'. He does excellent work, is very courteous and professional. This was a 3 day job and he took the time to clean up at the end of each day. I appreciate doing business with a local company. I highly recommend A Bailey Concrete."

"Randy did an excellent job: placement and elevation were exactly correct. He included a 2 inch drop over 24 feet, but maintained level footers on three sides to accommodate wall placement without the use of shims. Randy is extremely conscientious, and came up with ideas for site improvements and thought ahead toward the construction of the garage with several good ideas. I will use Randy again to pour some additional patio area. He is an excellent craftsman, and is very diligent and responsive."

"This is the second time I've had Karl do concrete work for me in the last 5 years.  He is generally not the cheapest, but he is absolutely the best!  He shows up when he says he will and does the work in a timely manner.  Many concrete companies will do the bare minimum and that's why there are so many problems with their work within a couple of years.  Karl's jobs will stand the test of time, which is why I have no problem paying a little more for them.

FAQs for concrete delivery projects in Fishers, IN

The amount of concrete you need varies by project. One 80lb bag covers an area of about 2 square feet, for a slab 4 inches thick. Two 60lb bags of concrete cover an area of about 2 square feet for a slab that is 6 inches thick.

A truckload of concrete can usually hold a maximum of 10 cubic yards.

The cost of concrete per cubic yard depends on which brand you purchase, but usually costs about $110 for bags.

It takes about 41 bags of concrete to fill a cubic yard. Always plan to buy a few bags more than the exact required amount in case of mistakes.

To calculate the amount of concrete you need for a slab, you should find the cubic yardage of the area you will be filling. Just follow these steps:

  1. Measure the area in feet.

  2. Multiply length by width, and then by thickness.

  3. Divide the resulting number by 27 to find cubic yards.
