He provided expert recommendations on installing some French drains to deal with the extra runoff from the reduced yard area and increase to the slope in the yard around the pool. The finished product is beautiful. Hector was very communicative and was quick to respond to my questions. They used a frontloader as well as some hand-shovelling (near our garages) to clear a wider drive than a simple plow would have done and they were very careful to not disturb the driveway stone under the snow.
