"They were excellent ,I had many works done but they stood out they 5 stars baby construction is a professional and qualified team the owner AJ is experience and knowledgeable in every aspect of home construction and remodeling AJ is a take charge type of guy who is on top every project in our home. The executive manger Sam function as his right hand man and was on call to assist when needed. The Master bathrooms was completely gutted and redone in addition I had work done on my master bedroom including stalling new wood floor and new wood moldings and electrical work and the bathroom was done perfect and bathroom came out beautiful AJ and his complete crew was professional and dedicated respectful easy to deal with and hard working after the workers are finish for the day they meticulously clean up any left over debris this company offers great customer service and delivers high quality work and , do expertly done at a fair price I would highly recommend AJ and his company to anyone who needs an excellent contractor."

"As an Electrician for 30 years, I am not used to having contractors perform work on my home. However, I was doing a major renovation including the complete remodel of my kitchen, dining room, living room, and new stairs/hallway that was more than I would be handle. Dan was the first contractor I met with and I knew right away he was the guy. At our first meeting, he brought his Kitchen designer from Gallo-Rossi (Dominick) and went over everything in detail. "Since I Moved to New York me and my husband we find that  it will be a big problem for as to find a good contractor that can help us to get done the construction and remodeling at our new house that we bought in woodlands ..
The first problem was that houston doesnt have any specific requirements, certification or license for contractors  what means is it a big problem to track them ..
The second problem we had that we did t have any friend for recommendations...
We found a couple of contractor on home daviser and yelp and we decided to give a try...
We received a couple of bids form them and we decided to go with the one that gave us the best bid ...,,Houston Renovation & Remodeling,, But after they begin the work we find out that this company has very poor experience in construction and the worst think was   that they begin to overcharge us saying that a lot of thinks waren t indicated in the bid.. Yes we where very upset   and we decided to not work with that company.. We called again the company's that we received the bids and we asked them to rebid the job and we asked them to specify all the details that will be included and witch not..  After we received the new Bids Structurelne Construction Has the most accurate bid they also specify all the details even the garbage removal...  My husband sad that he will go with Structure Construction  and I was agree with..
It took approximately 2 month for them to finish the Remodeling In our 4 bedroom House but  we are very satisfied with the results ..
They helped us to update the old 2 Bath, replacing all ceramic tiles and bathtubs..
We did replaced all flooring in the house we did update our old kitchen and closets...
and walls Restoration, new moldings  and painting.   Now all looks great and we are happy with the changes we did in the house..
Hope i will call them soon for some exterior work  and I am expecting to receive a good quote .. Thanks for all .."

"Amazingly! I could not recommend Leo & his crew highly enough. I've had some very bad experiences in the past with contractors, and especially as a young woman it can be difficult to be taken seriously or to be treated respectfully. Leo was the height of professionalism- he came in within budget and within deadline. He listened to what I wanted to do and would give me options of how that could be done, and occasionally added his own suggestions which were always good ideas I'd not considered. He was clear about what was achievable, what would cost more, and what obstacles may come up, including where things would depend on the existing structure of the apartment and were not quite foreseeable. He was willing to work with me with the custom fixture orders I placed, and was there to accept deliveries of materials during the time of construction. The quality of his work is also extremely high. He remodeled the entirety of my bathroom as well as some other jobs (mainly refinishing the floor & repainting) , and all of his craftsmanship has held up extremely well. It's been almost a year since he completed the work, and everybody always comments on how beautiful they find my bathroom. There have been no issues with anything he's installed for me. He's always prompt to reply, and his crew was always very kind and courteous. I've recommended him multiple times to friends already, and I urge you to reach out to him for a quote. I couldn't be more happy with the work he did for me."

"He is very professional and has great communication skills.  He responded to text and email, provided updates and was very punctual.  
The work was well done and looks nice.  
My only complaint is that he quoted me for the entire job and I paid that amount.    I happened to have a painter working in the house at the same time, on other projects.  The two of them apparently agreed that the painter would do the sanding, frame priming and painting and touch up.  This wound up costing me an additional  $250 from the painter.  
I would hire him again, but I would be more specific about the completion of the work."
