"Guy and Renato at G.O. Flooring are amazing! First of all extremely trustworthy. Secondly reasonable and determined to meet my expectations! They did a 4000 sq ft entire house floor install of high quality wood laminate . They moved all the furniture without using outdoor storage. They replaced existing molding. And they replaced stair steps with wood because they werenà ¢à  à  t available in laminate. They did the stairs twice because of my demands and they only charged materials. I would use them again, I am recommending them and Ià ¢à  à  m happy to answer questions."

"The whole process from my first call to the finished installation was seamless and easy. Everyone at Bay is a professional and very courteous and helpful. Communication throughout was also excellent. I highly recommend Bay Carpet for your next flooring project!"

"Nicholas came to look at the floor and provided his quote and two days later the LVP was installed. The whole process was super smooth. His team arrived on time and installed the flooring in two hours. Nick was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The pricing was very reasonable compared to three other estimates I had. The floor looks beautiful! I am very pleased and will hire Nick to do more flooring in my home. I highly recommend Nick and his team."

"Guy did an excellent job installing Armstrong luxury vinyl tiles in our kitchen. Our new floor looks fantastic!"

"Ricardo called the next day and he met with me as agreed. His bid was the most fair for a Great room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 11 stairs, foyer and entertainment room. He also agreed to do the job as requested over a two week period. He helped us move heavy furniture which not many would do. He and his crew were very nice. The floors came out Great! Thanks"

"We ran into some problems with our project so we had to delay the installation of carpet 6 months. Bill and his team were very supportive and held the carpet for us. No problem. The rooms were not terribly square so laying the carpet to make them look square was no small feat. Always returned calls promptly and was very helpful. I would reccommend Bill and use him for any other future projects. I am VERY happy.........."

"Service provider was professional and efficient. Did a decent job I overall job. However, paid additional $45 to remove a stain that after carpet dried was still visible.

The project started and ended on time; we are extremely pleased with the results which exceeded our expectations! Barbara from Oakdale"

"Jose did a great job replacing broken tile. He was very professional and responsive. Thank you for your help!"

"I was very impressed with this company. We had said when we scheduled the appointment that we absolutely positively needed the carpet installed within two days. We were on a very tight time table: closing on Tuesday afternoon, needed carpet installed on Weds, and then receive furniture from storage on Thursday. There was no room for error.
When the owner came to meet me the evening, right after we closed on the apartment (not Mike but his partner), he brought a selection of carpets that he said he had in stock and were available for installation the next day. All I had to do was say the word and he would be there at a specific time. If I have any complaint, it is that the selection was rather limited, but then again, beggars can't be choosers. So, I picked the color and quality we wanted. He measured. I wrote a check and told him I would tell him what time to come the next day.
Though there was a little confusion over who said what about the time of delivery (they showed up essentially before I had called to say I was ready), the installation went off without a hitch and it took a LONG time, too. I don't know if it had to do with the odor remediation or the install itself, but for whatever reason, the installers were there into the evening. Nonetheless , they did an awesome job and the carpet looks great.
I would totally use them again, though I hope this carpet lasts for a very long time. So far, I see no signs that it won't.
