We contacted Anthony and explained what we wanted to accomplish, when he showed up at the house for a survey we explained fully how we saw the scope of work. Tony made several recommendations for possible upgrades but was more than willing to provide a quote for the exact scope that we had requested. "Not well as it should have, either with their organization or with the installations. Poor communications within their company meant they sent a crew here for a few hours not knowing what to do or equipped to do it. Had to reschedule for another date. Maybe they are fine with new fixtures in new homes, but we have an older house (1900) and wanted to install older fixtures to match. A few of these fixtures needed some basic, easy to obtain parts. One of the electricians in the crew knew what he was doing, but another was clearly uncomfortable with the older fixtures and ultimately unable to install two of them. They did honor their price quote, and show up on the date(s) they said, albeit a little late, and most of their work was OK. But communications with the company and some of the work did not inspire confidence."

"Smart Tile was quick to respond to my request to have my granite counter tops cleaned & sealed. We setup a date and time to have the work done. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. I would definitely use Smart Tile for any granite/tile work that I may need in the future."

"Rich was extremely professional and his crew was polite and respectful of my property. They were as neat and tidy as you can be with roof work. The roof looks terrific. I'm extremely happy with the work. I recommend Rich and company with confidence. In retrospect, I'm sorry Rich and I didn't discuss installing new insulation while the roof was open. Insulating while they were roofing would have saved me the additional step of having to do it later. That's the only thing I would have done differently. Nonetheless, the roof looks great and the job was completed quickly and professionally. One other note: Before hiring Rich, I called three roofers for estimates. One roofer sent a "salesperson" to close the deal. Their prices were in range with Rich's prices, but I was skeptical about meeting a "salesperson" rather than the contractor. Another roofer showed up, looked around, told me he was familiar with my house type so he didn't need to measure and said he would get back to me with an estimate. I never heard from him despite the several messages I left at his office. Rich was the third roofer to come by. He measured, he explained the product, he gave me a timeline, and he calculated a price. I'm glad I followed my gut and hired him on the spot. It was a smart decision."

If you see a carpet you like but find that it's to expensive, do not become discouraged the agent will ask you what is a good price for you. He/she will give you options, they want your business.
