"Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"Was not impressed 1st day of job they showed up and and began covering my fascia instead of removing and replacing with new wood as agree , I stopped them after correcting them they began work again , didnt replace my soffit as I had agree with the gentleman that gave me the estimate ( not mentioning name) he forgot to put in the contract. Note the reason they were the winning bidders was because he told me and my wife they were also replacing the soffit. I had a previous estimate from another contractor for about $1900 dollars less of what I paid H Genious the other contractor was not changing the soffit either. But the other contractor had previously done work for us and we were satisfied with them. I blame myself too for not picking up that he had omitted the soffit but at the beginning of the work I brought it up and they never agreed to fix the mistake. I was told the salesman was in a conference and will call me later, job was finished without my soffit being replaced and salesman never called me back , I guess he didnt want to phase the issue. The work they did I was about 95% satisfied and workers that performed it were very respectful and if I brought up a concern the project manager will listen to me and made sure I was satisfied (thanks James)."

He was the ONLY person to make suggestions to us that actually made more sense. Frank was at my home when he said he'd be & didn't leave until whatever he was working on was done & everything was cleaned up. "I've never hired a contractor in the past of any trade and have the job go as smoothly as this one, from estimate to clean up. Rich the owner is both professional and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. His crew works quickly and they know their trade, they missed nothing. The owner was on-site to check on things both days it took to complete the job. On top of all of that he was by far the most fairly and reasonably priced than all other estimates (4 in total) I got. I don't know why anyone would pay more (for their roof) or go with anyone else considering my new roof looks flawless for the price I paid. Remember every roof is different, so every price is different. My roof required complete removal of old shingles on my single story home with extended garage, replaced rotted plywood (6 sheets) and reinstalled new architectural shingles with all the standard modern upgrades my roof needed. Ridge vents, ice shield, dek armour (upgrade from 15 pound felt paper) ect.,the list goes on an on. On top of all the new and improved features I also needed 3 skylights repaired (to industry code), 2 bathroom roof exhaust vents and 1 automatic exhaust attic vent installed. My roof looks like I spent 20k on it but it wasn't even close to half that. The cleanup went just as flawless as the roof. I haven't found a nail or a piece of shingle anywhere on my property yet. In my opinion there is no need to scroll down any further."
