"When I hired AEC to install a new central A/C system, they told me it would take a week. Started Monday, finished Friday, right on schedule. There was an issue where it did not start up the first time I went to use it 2 weeks later, but they promptly came out and repaired the loose wire."

"We hired Loudon Mechanical to install Daikin mini-splits in our home. The quote was reasonable. Each person in their crew was courteous, prompt, and efficient. "After spending 2 days trying to find someone to replace my hot water heater, Home Advisor recommended this company. They fit me into their schedule the same day and it was installed about 4 hours after my initially contact with them. Casey and Phil were great. Had them look at a couple of other minor future projects to do while they were here. Will definitely hire them again."

"Excellent installation. Good workmanship organized and professional Andrew and Kyle explained everything well and are easy to communicate with. Plumber and Electrician also did a great job. Very satisfied with this company."

"They removed the junk and cleaned up very well. They really went above and beyond. They left it very organized and cleaned."

"Jason and Noah did a great job replacing the old knob and tube wiring and installing a three-way switch on a dark flight of stairs. They worked on our project from start to finish, without interruption, which we greatly appreciated. They did a good job patching the holes they had to make in walls and ceilings in order to run the new wires. They cleaned up nicely at the end of each day and stored their tools out of the way in our basement overnight. At the end of each day, Jason gave us a walk-through of the progress he and Noah had made during the day. He had a positive, professional, "can-do" approach to the work and challenges of the project."

"Eddie was mostly great but one grade off because he told me I needed a new toilet not for it to be unplugged; turns out after installing a new toilet this weekend it still actually needs to be unplugged. But the sink he unplugged works great. I just wish my toilet did too."

"Jim with North Alabama Technical Services removed some items from my computer so that I could send emails and attend to items I needed to address that day. As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."
