Bryan from this company came out and immediately knew how to resolve all the problem spots and fix the heads to spray how they needed. Not only is he excellent at his job his customer service is awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy and understood the best way to manage our lawn. "They sent a brand new kid that had no clue. He broke a valve and spent the rest of his time on the phone with the owner getting directions. He couldn't figure it out, so they sent someone else to perform the service and replace the valve they broke. Then they tried to bill me for everything for $339. I pointed out that I want responsible for costs associated with the valve they broke and admitted to breaking. Here's their response, "We’ll accept the amount of $88 (the hourly rate) + $54 for a total of $142. We feel this is a good time to discontinue services to your property. Patty""
