Couldn't find meter and called City to come show him then he had to dig to get to it to turn off water to house. He had stopped the spewing water already. Then he repaired and replaced the outside hose nozzle raising it for me at my request to avoid having to put hand in bushes to turn on hose. Took him about 45 minutes to do all this.
