"We needed a second garage door specifically for a riding lawn mower and an open window between 2 rooms in the house with a counter under the window, He did a sloppy job on the garage door, installing a USED door, with NO key and we canâ t even fit the mower thru the door, rendering it useless... On the window, he almost cut into a closet, and I had to MAKE him cut the right size window. He put the wrong trim on the window, after I told him twice what I wanted. Now I have a living room with 3 windows with 3 different trims. He was condescending and a bully. I told him to forget the counter, I just wanted him out of my house,"

"TEMO warranty is a joke. The first time I tried to make a claim it was denied. First they had no record of my registration. I have been told that they are just now developing an electronic storage for registrations and they are dealing with issues for anything built prior to 2023. I was told I was not registered. So I am penalized for their in ability to track and maintain customers registrations. Secondly, anything you try to make a claim on they will refuse stating "installation error". Evidently they have no intentions of fulfilling any claims on with their warranty, even when provided proper documentation. Steer clear and find a mfg that stands behind their products. TEMO isn't it."

"Very easy to work with. Listened to what I wanted and kept within budget. Very knowledgeable of the products Trex carries. I talked to several other companies and received bids for the same product. Found out that Decks Unlimited was the subcontractor for one of the big box companies. I have a familiarity with residential construction, and unlike other companies, they didn't try to BS me. Again, unlike others, did not try to up sell me. L Very pleased with their work. They worked well within my HOA constraints. Just had an issue with clean up after the work was done, but I honestly believe it was because of weather, which put them behind schedule on other jobs. Who would have thought we would have rain and snow in the same week that late in the spring? I would highly recommend them."

"Marsh contracting came in and took our 50+ year old bathroom and made it into a great, functional space. I wish I could explain the awfulness of the "before" situation they were facing. Tile and plaster 3 inches thick; square, heavy bathtub that need to be removed; galvanized steel pipes with years of corrosion blocking water flow. They had great suggestions for improvements and helped us stay within our budget while still taking care of the things that needed to be done. They were prompt and worked quickly; the only hiccup was on our side with a delivery issue, and they were able to work around it and keep the project rolling. Bob and his team were upfront with us on everything, and I felt that I had a clear idea of how the project was moving along, next steps, and the timeline for completion. Communication was never an issue, whether via email, phone, or text. And my super picky Father in Law has even complemented the great tile work!"

Ace Kitchen and Bath should not be allowed to operate in the community if they continue to treat customers this way.
