"Again, I have only good things to say about the company.  Brad again came out to discuss the work that we wanted down and provided me with an estimate.  Once the windows had arrived, work was completed promptly.  There was a problem with one of the screens noted at installation (but the installer) and he has ordered a new one (really this is minor).  There are two changes from last year:  the window equivalent to what was installed then has now been upgraded (so we actually had a slightly better window installed) and the installation people that came used a much milder smelling glue in installation (so no strong toluene odor - and likely a "greener" choice).  Both changes were for the better.  We are very happy and will use the same company with the replacement of our last 4 windows in the future."

"C&A did a excellent job, they were cheaper than the other estimates I got. However I had no issues at all. I even got a stainless steel chase installed for the price most were charging for galvanized metal one's. I went with the stainless due to the fact it will last forever. C&A clean up nicely. "After finding a contractor in the yellow pages, we hired him and he gutted our bathroom. We didn't hear from him again...so we joined Angie's List. My husband found K & L Enterprises. Mr. Ward did everything he could do help us out of our "jam." He kept me posted each day to let me know where he stood on the overall job. He gave me some suggestions as to things that may work better. When I was having difficulty finding a piece of plumbing for the tub, he offered to find it for us. "I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for $99.00 which was for only the walls of the room.  I decided to have the all of the other areas i.e. trim, doors, ceiling painted also and purchased the additional service from Protect and Preserve to be performed when the walls were painted.
Mr. Sperback and his team arrived at 8:00 am just as he said they would do.  He and his team were very courteous and professional.  Mr. Sperback confirmed the work that would be performed prior to beginning the job.
I am very happy with the result.  He and his team are very detail oriented.  Rather than taping around the door knob, they removed and reinstalled it after the door was painted.  The room was completely finished within about 4 hours.  They cleaned up everything prior to leaving so one would ever know anyone had been here to paint that day unless aware that I had it done then.
I am very pleased with the work Mr. Sperback and his team performed and am working with him to have other painting performed this summer.
I'd like to add that I had to reschedule the painting a couple of times.  Mr. Sperback was always understanding and willing to reschedule to another time.  I would highly recommend Paint and Preserve Painting to any one thinking of having any painting performed.
