The unit was serviced for the first few years, Now they say I am out of labor. They quoted $5,600 to repair the coil. They said the part was covered just the labor was the cost. I would have to have my head examined If I were to put $5.600.00 in an eightyear old unit. They quoted me a new unit at $13,500. This is basically a 7-8.5k typical cost area. They would not discuss their refusal to service my un it until I accepeted their $5,600 quote. They left me no choice but to move on to a new supplier. I would not reccomend them."

I argue with him yesterday and told him to come back because I need to use the spa because of my back problem. He said he don't have any open time and keeps ignoring it. The issue is the wiring that he installed, but he's trying to find another problem with my house to divert the issue.
