Bruce (in the office) set things up for Paul to install the surge protector after they received it from the manufacturer. "Installed additional breaker and ran the cable for new range outlet. Arrived without the rquired parts, left and came back later. Said he needed protective suit, gloves, and face mask to enter attuc, went and bought those and then dressed like attic was scene of chemical spill. Ran the wire to location of range but cut hole too big and did not fit correct outlet junction box. Left junction box st outlet location hanging loose with wire out and then left. I had to finish the job myself... I bought junction box, secured it and sealed it properly. "
